Appointments
Services, real availability and bookings — salon style.
This app has an admin side, and you run it. Nobody becomes admin by signing up first, and no email address gets it automatically: create your account inside your app, then open Who runs itin your app’s settings and make your account the admin with one tap. You can add or remove admins there any time.
The whole app screens, backend, sign-in and a live preview, free, and yours to build on. Building this from scratch would cost about 30 credits.
No credits are used. Name it and pick its colour in the chat.

Common questions
- Is the Appointments template really free?
- Yes. Making Appointments yours costs no credits and there is no card to enter. You get the whole finished app: screens, backend, sign-in and a live preview, yours to build on. Building the same app from scratch would cost about 30 credits.
- What is inside Appointments?
- A booking app for a service business: pick a service, pick a staff member, see genuinely free slots and book. Staff manage their hours and see the day's diary, and customers can reschedule or cancel. It comes working with Service menu, Availability calendar, Bookings and Staff diary.
- Who is Appointments for?
- A barber shop, A hair or nail salon, A physio or massage clinic, A tattoo studio, A dog groomer and A tutor or driving instructor who books by the hour. If that is you, making it yours is free and it installs on your phone in minutes, then you change it in plain English.
- What does Appointments not do?
- As shipped, it does not take card payments for bookings, send reminders from a server (reminders are set on the customer's own phone) and run more than one location. Each of those is something you can ask for in the chat afterwards; changes use credits.
- How does Appointments get onto my phone?
- A web preview opens in the browser the moment your app exists, and you can press one button for a real install. On Android you get an install page with a link and a QR code, and the link always serves the newest version. On iPhone, Apple only lets apps install through a developer account, so that path asks you to connect your own.
- Can I change Appointments after I make it mine?
- Yes. You describe changes in plain English in your app's chat and they are built into the app: screens, backend and all. Changes use credits that track what the computing costs. People often ask for things like: Turn it into a barbershop with per-chair availability, Make it a dog groomer with breed-based durations and Turn it into a tutoring diary with recurring weekly slots.
- Who becomes the admin of Appointments?
- You do, and you choose when. Nobody becomes admin by signing up first, and no email address gets it automatically. You create your account inside your app like anyone else, then open Who runs it in your app's settings on Glassly and make your account the admin with one tap.
- Can I add more admins to Appointments later?
- Yes. The same Who runs it page lists everyone who has signed up in your app, and you can make any of them an admin, or step one down, whenever you like.
